Workshops at St John’s Catholic Primary School, Camborne
Wonderful workshops today (Friday 5 October 2018) at St John’s Catholic Primary School, Camborne. Younger children created poppies and the older classes learned more about World War One and started to write letters and postcards to men (and women) who went off to war. All classes were so full of enthusiasm and interest. The poppies, postcards and letters will be on display at our exhibition PLAYING FOR CAMBORNE: MUSIC AND RUGBY IN WORLD WAR ONE AND NOW, opening at Heartlands, Pool, next week (Friday 12 October 2018).
